Orders

If you need to cancel an order, please email us at support@veiledbyjay.com.au and we will do our best to assist you provided the item has not been shipped out already.

If you have entered the wrong address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm the correct address or you can email us at support@veiledbyjay.com.au.

If we don't receive the correct mailing address, we will not be held responsible for any lost deliveries based on information provided to us.

We suggest that you carefully choose your hijab when placing your order. Unfortunately we are unable to return or exchange due to our hygiene policy.

All scarves fall under the category of 'headwear' and cannot be returned for change of mind or refunded for hygiene purposes.

We carefully pack orders to insure all products are in condition before we send them out. If your order/item was received faulty/damaged you can request an exchange within 3 working days.

To be eligible for an exchange your item must be in the same condition it was received unused/unworn, with tags and in original packaging also with proof of purchase.

Shipping

Yes! We offer free shipping on all Australian orders. 

At this stage, we only ship within Australia but we'll be looking at selling internationally soon!
